The customer was experiencing water leak in their existing shower head which causes the water pressure to be low. Once our plumber inspected the problem, we offered customer a variety of option, from changing to a cheap shower head to installing a new rain shower set. Customer was initially unsure if their water heater could support the rain shower but after doing a water pressure test, we assured the customer that the rain shower set will be good to use with their existing water heater.
